CG Ms. Pratibha Parkar a reception organised by the Rotary Club of Nidda to welcome the Indian students participating in the exchange program and interacted with them. Consul General also delivered a speech highlighting the importance of cooperation in education between India and Germany. Around 20 students are participating in this program and will get an opportunity to experience the German life first hand!

Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar had a fruitful meeting with the Deputy Mayor of Frankfurt Mr. Jan Schneider and Mr. Kerry Reddington, Chairman, Municipal Foreigners Representation of the City of Frankfurt am Main (KAV) alongwith representatives from the Indian cultural associations active in the Frankfurt Rhine Main region. The discussions encompassed several topics related to the Indo-German cultural and social ties.

A blend of Indian food stalls, Indian cultural perfomances, Handicrafts will be featured at the event. Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar welcomed the two guest speakers from Ordnungsamt, Mr. Markus Findeis & Mr. Thomas Pabst (food inspectors) who briefed on regulations to be followed while selling Indian food at the event. The two speakers also addressed the queries of the participants regarding the food stalls
