CG Ms. Pratibha Parkar celebrated International Women's Day with the hardworking, dynamic women of the CGI Frankfurt Team!

Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar attended a Women's Day celebration organised by Indian Ladies' Club, Frankfurt, in collaboration with Bhavishya Sapno Ki Udaan in Frankfurt on 10th March 2018. Consul General spoke of the indomitable spirit of a woman and how influential the women in her personal life have been in shaping up her personality. The event commenced with the lighting of the inaugural lamp and honouring of the partners and VVIP guests.

The Consulate General of India hosted and facilitated a team of 30 delegates from various Government of India Public Sector Undertakings as part of the a study tour conducted by IIM Calcutta to Frankfurt. Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar also welcomed the delegates at the Consulate General of India premises and briefed them about the activities of the Consulate along with the Head of Chancery and Consul Commercial Mr. Prem Singh Chauhan.

Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar met with the Frankfurt City Councillor for Education and Integration, Ms. Sylvia Weber. They discussed scope for deeper cooperation in the field of education and strengthened engagement with the Indian community in the region.

Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar visited TechQuartier.  Dr. Sebastian Schäfer, CEO, TechQuartier threw light on the organisation's activities in the area of Fintech and innovation and discussed the potential for Indo-German collaborations
