CGI Frankfurt gearing up for 71st Independence Day of India!

The Consulate General of India, Frankfurt celebrated the third International Day of Yoga on 19th June, 2017, titled 'Yoga on the Main' cruising along the river Main aboard the ship 'Nautilus', with the support of India Tourism, Yoga Institutes and others.The Yoga sessions were followed with a performance on Indian classical music, music for meditation & a quiz competition based on Yoga.It was attended by over 200 people.

As part of the economic outreach activities of the Consulate and as well to promote the MIIM initiative launched by the Embassy, the Consul General, visited companies in the States of Hessen and NRW, on 26th and 27th April. CG visited the company OHL Gutermuth Industrial Valves GmbH in Altenstadt, the Microbox GmbH, a company focusing on offering niche technology solutions, based in Bad Nauheim, Gesellschaft für Gerätebau GmbH, located in Dortmund, and the companies Seidensticker, a renowned brand for formal apparel in Europe and DMG Mori AG, both based in Bielefeld. Strategies regarding their business plans in India were discussed during the visit
