Discontinuation of Service Provider M/s. Indo German Consultancy Service (IGCS)

M/s. Indo German Consultancy Service (IGCS) at Frankfurt located at Bettinastrasse 52, 60325 Frankfurt am Main is no longerthe official service provider for Consular services on behalf of Consulate General of India Frankfurt with effect from 31December, 2024.

2. In this context, the following may kindly be noted:-

(i) Applicants must ensure that they don’t submit any consular applications and fees to M/s. Indo German Consultancy Service (IGCS) at their above mentioned address and the Consulate will not be responsible for any documents submitted there.

(ii) M/s Alankit Assignment Limited is the new authorized outsourced agency of the Consulate. Applicants may submit their applications (in person as well as Postal) for Passport, Visa, OCI, Renunciation, and other Miscellaneous Consular services only through authorised service provider Alankit (https://www.alankitglobal.com/).Please do not transact with any other agency/person, who offer to provide such services on behalf of the Consulate.

(iii) e-Visa applicants are not required to visit the Consulate or any service provider. Official website of Government of India for applying e-Visa is : https://indianvisaonline.gov.in . Applicants have to apply by themselvs for e-Visa. There have been a number of instances where many third party websites have been created to offer Indian e-Visa services. Government of India has not authorized any company or entity to facilitate e-visa service. All such websites are fake and are designed to dupe the applicants of their money. They may also misuse the applicant’s personal data.
