    The Association of Indian Students in Aachen, in association with the Consulate General of India in Frankfurt, organized the Indo-German Symposium 2018 on the 14th of November at the RWTH Aachen University. Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar inaugurated the event and presented the welcome remarks followed by the remarks of Prof. Dr. Ulrich Rüdiger, the new Rector of the RWTH Aachen University.

    On 15th November Consul General Ms. Pratibha Parkar attended and delivered the Opening Remarks at a roadshow organised by Kerala Tourism in Frankfurt, organised in cooperation with 12 trade partners, including hotels and tour operators.

    Deutsch Indische Gesellschaft (DIG) Düsseldorf organised a gala Diwali Fest on 16th November 2018 in Düsseldorf. As part of the event, a theatrical performance on Jatayu Moksha by artist Kalajyoti from India was organised. Consul General attended the celebrations and wished the gathered members of the Indian diaspora as well as friends of India the very best for Deepawali.

The India Leather Days in Germany is a buyer seller meet organised by the Council for Leather Exports (CLE) in cooperation with Messe Offenbach at Offenbach trade fair grounds.

"Indian Vibes Neue Generationen e.V.", Frankfurt, features art and culture of second and third generation South Asians. Ms. Soni Dahiya, Consul (PIC) attended the opening ceremony and extended her greetings on behalf of the Consulate General of India Frankfurt to the gathered international audience on the occasion.

CG Ms. Pratibha Parkar welcomed them at the Chancery premises and congratulated them at their achievement and wished them the very best for their onward journey. The interaction was attended by around 30 persons from the Indo-German community.
